At first the case looked Fine, but it felt kinda cheap once I started using it. After about a week the corners were already peeling, and the clip started getting loose too. not something I’d buy Again

It got here in the end. Tracking worked, just slower than I’d hoped.

The return process was way more complicated than it needed to be. The warranty support wasn’t great either, like, the replies were slow and the answers were unclear. It kind of felt like they didn’t really want to help fix the issue. I had to keep following up, and in the end I still wasn’t happy with how it turned out. I probably wouldn’t order from prsaccessories.com again.

I went on prsaccessories.com thinking I’d just grab a couple basic things and be done with it, but the prices felt way too high for what they were. It should’ve been a simple, easy purchase, but somehow it turned into me second-guessing every item because the value just didn’t seem there.
Once shipping and the extra costs were added, it felt even harder to justify. Maybe some products are fine, but in my case the total cost didn’t match what I actually got. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I had a question about my order and, from what I remember, they got back to me later that same day. The answer was clear enough and they did end up fixing the issue. It wasn’t totally perfect since I had to follow up once, but looking back, I’d still say the service was good overall...

I ordered this from PRS Accessories getting it installed was straightforward. The instructions were decent, though the pictures could’ve been a little clearer. Still, I had it figured out quickly and finished in about 20 minutes. Solid experience overall, I’d go 5 stars if the guide was a bit better.

It did end up working with my PRS, but the fit was a little tighter than I expected. My brother helped me mess with it a bit, and after some tweaking it fit okay. Not perfect right out of the box, but it got the job done...
